"Tanks and Taxes" is an achievement available in the vanilla 1988 scenario. It requires the player character to win as Michael Dukakis after pledging to raise taxes and also choosing to ride in the tank for the photoshoot. This is a decently difficult achievement as both promising to raiser taxes and riding in the tank damages Dukakis' chances of winning every state.
